1. Review the enclosed material.

2. Complete and mail the enclosed Franchise Application. Filing an application does not financially obligate you in any way. Do not enclose any money with your application.

3. If the information in your application is satisfactory, you will be contacted by a Mazzio’s representative to schedule a personal interview. When this initial interview occurs, you will receive the Mazzio’s Italian Eatery Uniform Franchise Offering Circular which provides in-depth information about Mazzio’s. Prior to the time that the interview takes place, you should select at least two (2) alternative locations for any proposed Mazzio’s Italian Eatery franchise restaurant that you are interested in opening.

4. Upon acceptance of your application, you will be asked to sign the appropriate Mazzio’s Standard Franchise Agreement and pay the initial franchise fee.
